Power 100 List
The Observer uses a subjective criteria when developing the top 100 list. The list in 2009 and 2010 reflected New York with recessionary disadvantages. No one was searching for more office space and no one had the financing for investments. With that being said there were still those individuals that stood out. Each of the individuals who made the top 100 list did extraordinary things.
